This facility has been great to us. We are with Edmonton Arborists, we have recently used them for parts with nothing but fantastic help with getting or providing where to get the part. Our most recent experience with the service department has been awesome, they have been in contact as vehichle is getting worked on. They were fast to get us in. When arrived were greeted with the the most professional, kind way I have ever encountered with a repair shop. Almost like going to an emergency room, everyone involved knew the whole story. I would recommend them to anyone with heavy duty equipment repairs or parts.

I booked a inspection to see what a trade would be aiming for next feb. one thing leads to another and i now have a new 49x.
I must say this was the easiest transition to a new truck ive ever had in 7 trucks! Everyone was helpful to any questions. From the sales , finance, shop, parts,detail bay and of course the cafe’! Thank you to Rene and all the people at westernstar North.

I would like to share my experience with Western star truck North Ltd
About a month ago I had bad experience in one campsite with my coach , 45 ‘ I end up with very Bad damage on each side of my coach on the paint job and quite a few scratch and damage on the roof from the branch and piece of trees I tell you that I was almost crying when I came out of this location
But after doing some research I found the best body Shop that can do the paint job on my coach and repair The fibreglass damage
I got introduce by Camille the service advisor to Bruce the Body Shop manager, then to his shop foreman Jered and his technician and painter, they were keeping me in touch all the time with the progress of the job it was a very long process due to the kind of paint job on this coach I was so impress when I saw my coach all done and ready to go ,
they did a fantastic job I cannot say enough about the professionalism of these peoples
For all those coach or R V OWNERS if you ever add any damage on your coach or need to be painted or repair you can count on these guys
l highly recommended this place

I just purchased my first new truck from Western Star North LTD. It was a great experience. The staff I dealt with from the shop staff for the trade in part to sales to finance went very smooth. I'm from winnipeg my truck needs new def pump some codes on screen. On that day i was going every single freightliner dealership everyone says will see day after tomorrow then my friend suggest me to go western star so I come here and they diagnose my truck right away install new def pump with in 4 hours I'm on road so my experience is very great specially the girl on check in desk is soo helpful and knowledgeable and responsible the parts staff is soo knowledgeable and the mechanics are great i have no words for you guys so I only says GOD BLESS YOU

Very fast when it comes to getting the truck in and having repairs done. Big kudos to you guys on that accord. My only issue was having to chase for feedback on progress from the service desk. Was promised the unit at 1pm on the 25th. Had to keep calling to find out finally at 8pm that the truck was ready for pickup.

I would not bring my RV there again. There was a lack of attention to detail. They did a great job on the repair itself (paint wasn't an exact match) but they didn't paint any of the damaged trim. They left parts of the job unfinished. I approved them to do an extra $300 worth of work and when I got there the bill had been upped to $525.
